The Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum meeting, to be held in Brussels on 16-17 November 2009, should timetable a session on Support to Strengthen Independent Monitoring and Policy Analysis by Eastern Partnership Country Think-Tanks and a session on the Establishment of an Eastern Partnership Web Portal, with content driven by civil society from the Eastern Partnership members. Together other PASOS members from Easter Partnership countries Center for Economic and Social Development (CESD) develop recommendations to European Commission how improve EaP in the region. Recommendations are addressed to the Forum itself, regarding its structures, meetings, participation (including ideas on inclusiveness in the activities of the Forum after 16-

17.11 meeting), to the Eastern Partnership structures, to policy areas covered by the Eastern Partnership ,i.e. democracy, good governance and stability, economic integration and convergence with EU policies; energy security; people to people contacts.
